What is a Mid-Term Rental?
Mid-Term rentals are properties that are rented usually for a period of greater than 30 days but less than one year. They are ideal for individuals and families such as Contract Workers, Remote Workers, individuals and/or families relocating to an area and building or shopping for their permanent home, military on temporary duty or relocating, travel nurses and other temporary professions, seasonal renters, displaced families due to fire, flood, or natural disasters, and many more.

At Rhoming, our mission is to connect Hosts who offer properties designed for mid-term stays (greater than 30 days) with the guests that need them.
